According to Kim, her second pregnancy was not easy and she gained about 65 lb. However, just 3.5 months later, Kim lost 45 lb mysteriously.
Her personal nutritionist, Colette Heimowitz told us about the diet that helped Kim lose weight. It was the famous Atkins diet which requires you to eat significantly fewer carbohydrates and more protein.

Of course, this diet made her give up eating sugar, drinking sugary juices and pastries, so her really quick transformation is not some kind of wizardry, it’s a result she deserves. Her nutritionist also noted the importance of Kim’s eating schedule. In order to avoid eating something you shouldn’t, you can’t let yourself get really hungry. So, you should eat small portions, but often.
